 This kit is proudly completly made in America 🇺🇸 From our head flange, manifold, and brackets, to the block-offs and precision welds, every piece is proudly designed, machined, and assembled here in the U.S. Having full control over the entire process allows us to guarantee top-tier quality, consistency, and performance that meets RVNG’s standards for perfection.

Our manifold is constructed from Schedule 10 stainless steel with 1.25 runners that is capable to up to 1300WHP. We utilizes a true twin-scroll design for unmatched spool characteristics and top-end efficiency. It’s paired with a 12mm thick billet medical-grade stainless head flange, precision-surfaced to ensure perfect sealing and long-term durability under extreme heat cycles.

Every weld, every cut, every bracket was designed with one goal in mind: to outperform anything else on the market both in quality and results for a fair price.

 Core Hot-Side Assembly

• Turbosmart C frame single turbocharger (spec’d for the RVNG TurnKey system)If you would like to use a turbo other than a turbosmart c frame  I.e precision please contact us for 3” outlet to downpipe.
• Dual Turbosmart Gen 5 45mm external wastegates for consistent boost control
• True twin-scroll T4 divided manifold engineered for balanced exhaust flow with 1.25 runners capable of up to 1400WHP 
• 3.5-inch stainless downpipe, V-band connection included
• Dual dump tubes designed for symmetrical wastegate routing
• All turbo hardware included — gasket, trimmed studs, and high-temp fasteners

Charge Piping & Intake System

• Complete intercooler piping setup with three welded sensor ports
• Billet throttle-body adapter for precise alignment and seal
• Reinforced 3-inch silicone couplers paired with heavy-duty T-bolt clamps
• Proper M6 mounting hardware for MAP sensor and radiator bracket support
• Long middle coupler to prevent the coupler popping off from coupler being to short

Oil System Integration 

• Motorsport grade stainless-braided oil feed line
• feed fittings with swivel for clean routing
• braided return line with 45 and 90 degree fittings for perfect alignment
• Billet feed and drain block fittings that reuse OEM bolts and O-rings for leak-free sealing
• Block-off fittings and caps for unused ports (feed, return, and drain)
• Dual turbo oil drain fittings complete with O-rings and mounting bolts

Vacuum, Lines & Thermal Management

• High-temp silicone vacuum line
• Heat-resistant sleeve kits for oil feed, drain, and vacuum lines

 Coolant Overflow Relocation Package

• 6061 CNC-relocation bracket for OEM tank positioning
• Pre-formed hoses, trimmed for exact fit
