RVNG MonoFlow Carbon Fiber Intake System — BMW G8X S58

The RVNG MonoFlow Intake System takes a completely different approach to airflow for the BMW S58 engine.

Instead of using a traditional dual-filter layout, the MonoFlow system uses one large 6-inch air filter and a single carbon fiber intake pipe to supply both turbochargers. The filter surface area and intake pipe diameter were selected to provide the airflow capacity required by both turbo inlets while creating a cleaner, more streamlined engine-bay layout.

The system includes upgraded 87mm and 83mm 3D-printed aluminum turbo inlets designed to replace the restrictive factory inlet sections. These enlarged inlets provide a smoother transition into the turbochargers and are engineered to work together with the MonoFlow intake pipe as a complete system.

A carbon fiber air funnel is also included. Mounted toward the front grille, the funnel helps direct fresh outside air toward the intake filter and reduces the intake system’s exposure to stagnant under-hood air.

Every major component of the MonoFlow system was designed specifically around the G8X chassis and S58 engine platform.
