FTP motorsport BMW S58 G80/G82 M3/M3 Competition/M4/M4 Competition Crossover Exhaust Pipe.

The G80/G82 M3 and M4 utilize a Y-style mid pipe, with both downpipes located on the right side of the engine.

The left side downpipe connects to a “crossover” pipe that runs beneath the transmission and links up with the mid pipes on the left side. 

Unfortunately, the stock shape of the crossover pipe is oval to create enough clearance underneath the transmission. 

This alteration from a round tube to an oval causes turbulence within the pipe, leading to a restriction in exhaust flow.

We have developed a replacement crossover pipe that retains the round shape, eliminating the turbulence and restriction caused by the oval design.

In order to avoid engine shaking, we also left a dodge space on the pipe to ensure that the product does not collide unnecessarily with the transmission.

Emissions Compliance

This crossover pipe does not delete or modify any emissions equipment.  This is the pipe that connects the driver side x-pipe with the downpipe, and does not contain any emissions equipment.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH AFTERMARKET SINGLE MID PIPES.
