The OEM B58 heat exchanger is a 1-row unit measuring just 27mm thick. In comparison, the RVNG High-Performance B58 Heat Exchanger utilizes a massive 2-row core measuring 68mm, built with advanced B-Tube technology. A precision-engineered tank design allows the larger core to fit seamlessly into the OEM cooling system housing without modification.

Another key feature is our triple-pass flow design — coolant flows through the heat exchanger three times before returning to the manifold charge cooler. This dramatically improves heat transfer efficiency, ensuring the lowest possible outlet water temperature. Unlike the OEM unit and many aftermarket options that use single-pass designs, our triple-pass system provides superior cooling performance for sustained power and reliability.
