Featuring a state-of-the-art Dual Ceramic Ball Bearing design, this turbo is capable of delivering more power and faster response times than traditional journal turbos. Its advanced engineering ensures that it can withstand high temperatures and pressures, making it the ideal choice for track days and spirited driving.

The N54 Ball Bearing turbo is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock turbocharger, making installation a breeze for both experienced mechanics and novices alike. And with its sleek and modern design, it will look great under the hood of your BMW.

Each of the turbos features a TD04 stainless steel exhaust housing with an 11-blade turbine wheel and a 6+6 billet compressor wheel pattern. The center rotating bearing housing is designed to work with factory oil lines and coolant lines. The compressor housing is machined to accept the larger compressor wheel and to accommodate increased airflow. Note that this is not a hybrid turbo where factory-sized housings and shafts are used with larger compressor and turbine wheels. All the components, including the internals, in these turbos are upgraded and larger than the factory, while still maintaining the factory bolt-on characteristics.

* Note: the 19T turbos require 2-inch inlet pipes or hose upgrades to cater to the increased airflow capabilities. The stock inlet pipe will not work with the 19T turbo.

* Please indicate vehicle YEAR, MAKE, and MODEL in checkout notes to ensure the proper application is shipped.

* We always suggest the use of an aluminum aftermarket charge pipe and BOV combo with upgraded turbos.

** Please specify if the car is Left Hand Drive or Right Hand Drive when placing the order. For 1/ 5 /Z or Right Hand Drive, you will need to buy an upper rear turbo coolant line from the 3 series in order for the rear turbo to fit. The OEM Part number is 11537558902. 

*** OEM Wastegates are available for purchase with each turbocharger set. Please select the appropriate option above when ordering. Purchasing wastegates includes proper installation. Your turbos will be shipped with the wastegates fully installed.

* Installation Disclaimer: 

Due to variations between year, make, and model of BMW N54 vehicles, the OEM wastegate rod end connectors may be undersized for your new TR turbo upgrade. In order to make the stock connectors function with your turbo upgrade they will need to be drilled 2mm larger from 6mm to 8mm. Be careful not to oversize the rod end connections to ensure there is no play or rattle.
