One (1) Button-Head M5x25mm Grade-5 Titanium Fasteners One (1) M5 Rubber Well Nuts One (1) M5 Silicone "Seat" Washers (to help protect your paint when installing)
Note, you'll need a ~9mm drill-bit to drill a hole for the well nuts to be installed. Be sure to TEST-install one Well Nut before drilling all holes!
